We are pleased to share highlights from the ongoing maintenance process of our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Certification, specifically related to the production of Flexible Pipes, PEX-Al-PEX, PEX-B-EVOH, Faucets, and the trade of Heat Pumps and other thermal and hydraulic components, all under the “Viola” brand.

Today, the certification body TÜV Austria conducted its scheduled audit at Shpati AM Sh.p.k.. After a thorough assessment of the production department—highlighting our quality, commitment, and well-maintained documentation—TÜV Austria officially approved the renewal of our Quality Standard Certification for the second consecutive year.

This achievement reaffirms our continuous dedication to excellence, compliance, and delivering trusted products to our customers.
